Playing a Major Role in
Your Dental Experience
The team members of a dental office are essential for making your visit feel truly complete. After all, the dentist can’t do everything on their own. They need a team that shares just as much passion about oral care and customer service as they do. As you become more familiar with the hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff at the dental office, you’ll realize that your needs are their number-one priority, no matter what.
Rachel, Office Manager
Rachel studied at Virginia Commonwealth University, and she is certified in radiography and coronal polishing. She actually developed a lifelong passion for animal care after living on a dairy farm and worked as a veterinary technician for many years. Today, her dental expertise spans over a full decade. As our talented dental office manager, she feels very proud to support an amazing dentist and team! Everyone goes the extra mile to provide truly exceptional patient care.
Rachel and her husband have one daughter and three four-legged, furry kids at home. When she isn’t busy at work, you can usually find her attending her daughter’s numerous activities, hiking, and hanging out with loved ones.
Cynthia, Front Office
Cynthia has been working in the dental field for over 20 years now, and she loves the wonderful bond our team has here at Litchfield Smiles. Originally from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, she studied at Arizona State University. She speaks fluent Spanish!
Outside of work, Cynthia and her spouse have three wonderful children (a pair and a spare), as well as two fur babies. In her spare time, she enjoys going on weekend getaways and family vacations, as well as hiking trips. They’re so lucky to live in Arizona, which has an endless number of beautiful places to visit.
Meredith, Front Office
Chestin brings 12 years of experience to our team, and he says the best part about his job is that he gets to meet and interact with different people every day. A US Air Force veteran, he attended Fortis College for his dental training, and he is also certified in laser dentistry. When he isn’t spending time with his parents or 3 siblings, he enjoys doing anything outdoors, whether he’s camping or hiking. He also loves playing volleyball, bowling, and practicing archery. Chestin is a huge Star Wars fan and is fluent in American Sign Language as well!
Tricia, Registered Dental Hygienist
Tricia’s dental career impressively spans 25+ years so far. In addition to attending dental hygiene school, she is certified in laser dentistry and has experience working in periodontal offices. What she enjoys most about her position is the relationships – if you stay focused on that, the rest comes naturally! She really values the connections she’s created over time with both her patients and her “work family.”
Born and raised in Green Bay, WI, Tricia relocated to Arizona in 2004. Her husband Chris is in his 20th year of firefighting, and they’ve been blessed with two beautiful daughters named Adalyn and Jadyn. As for hobbies, she and Chris work out 4-6 days a week and spend as much time as possible with the girls. She’s also a HUGE cheesehead, and football is big in their house. Chris is a Cardinals fan, so that definitely keeps things interesting!
Otnial, Dental Hygienist
Originally from Romania, Otniel is actually one of 10 siblings in total! He studied dental hygiene at Fortis College and has training in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide administration, and laser dentistry. Today, he thinks the best part of his job is working one-on-one with patients. Making a positive impact on their lives and helping them feel more confident about their smiles is always so rewarding.
Otniel and his wife Jessica have a young son named Zion at home, along with an adorable Chihuahua mix puppy. Outside of the dental office, one of his biggest passions is music! He plays electric guitar at his church. He also enjoys doing various outdoor activities, such as kayaking, off-roading, and boating.
Lacey, Lead Dental Assistant
A Peoria native, Lacey studied at Phoenix College. Today, she’s been working in dentistry for nearly 20 years! She really enjoys helping our patients overcome their dental fears, rebuild their confidence, and truly love smiling again.
At home, Lacey has three teenage daughters named Alexis (nicknamed “Miss”), Brittney (nicknamed “Peanut”) and Aurelia (nicknamed “Honey”). In her spare time, she really enjoys going off-roading/4-wheeling, camping, playing volleyball with the girls, and taking off on last-minute road trips to wherever. She definitely knows her way around a car!
Billie, Dental Assistant
Originally from Union City, OH, Billie Jean studied dental assisting at Tidewater Tech and has advanced training in sedation dentistry. Today, her time spent in oral healthcare spans well over a decade. She’s proud to help others love their smiles again!
Billie Jean and her husband met in high school, and today, they have two children and four grandchildren. As a military family, they’ve moved around quite a bit, but now they’re happily settled down in the Buckeye area. Outside of working hours, she’s definitely an outdoors person and spends a lot of time riding bikes, hiking, paddle boarding, and fishing. She and her loved ones are always looking forward to discovering what Arizona has to offer! She’s also passionate about going on mission trips whenever possible; so far, she’s been to Nicaragua and Guatemala.
